The student group Indiana Public Interest Research Group — or INPIRG — along with Coal Free IU are protesting today to dissuade Democratic Sen. Evan Bayh’s legislation against the Clean Air Act.
The rally, titled “CarnivOil,” will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. in Dunn Meadow and will feature games, concessions and more.
