The house director of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority called the IU Police Department in response to an alleged burglary at 7:44 a.m. Friday.
"A screen was removed from a ground-level window of the northeast side of the house," Lt. Craig Munroe said, reading from a police report.
An alarm subsequently went off. When officers arrived, they concluded, "no signs of forced entry," Munroe said. "The window was still secured shut."
Officers failed to locate anyone suspicious in the immediate area and nothing was reported missing.
