Better Business Bureau names new president

The Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana has named IU alumnus William Thomas as their new president.

Thomas was previously the vice president of sales and marketing for Kosene and Kosene Residential Inc., according to a press release.

He also worked for ATA Airlines for eight years.

"Bill has a proven history of leading large-scale, customer-focused sales and marketing initiatives and we're pleased to welcome him to the Better Business Bureau," president of the BBB's board of directors Jeff McKinley said in the release. "He is a strong motivator, a creative thinker and has a strong background in strategic decision-making and leadership."

Thomas graduated from Valparaiso University with an undergraduate degree in business administration and earned his master's degree in marketing from IU.
