Man exposed himself in park, police say

A man exposed himself Monday afternoon in the lower area of Cascades Park, according to Bloomington Police Department reports.

A 30-year-old female was in the park near the waterfall area when a man, who appeared to be about 30 to 35 years old, pulled down his gray running shorts and exposed his genitals, said BPD Sgt. Jeff Canada reading from a police report.

The man then began to masturbate in front of the female, according to the report.

The female told officers she then left the park, located in the 2700 block of North Kinser Pike, and went to the Bloomington Police Department to report the incident at 2:55 p.m.
No arrests have been made.
