In response to Indira Dammu’s column “Daddy’s little girl” on March 30: \nThe identified had some interesting reading. Yet, there was something objectionable about it. What is wrong with the concept of “daddy’s little girl”? I see nothing wrong with it.\nI was raised Roman Catholic, Eastern European variety. Men were told to keep their zippers up till marriage. Women were taught to keep their legs closed. Individuals were told to get educated before getting married. As I see it, if someone objects to the concept of “daddy’s little girl,” then there should be someone else to pay the bills when the kid is born. I am fed up with walking down the street and seeing 15- and 16-year-olds pushing baby carriages.\nIn my opinion, women should demand education before rolling in the sheets.
