KOKOMO -- One man was wounded by police and another was arrested following a four-hour standoff at a home Monday, authorities said.\nA SWAT team lobbed four canisters of tear gas into the house just a few minutes before one man came out. He did not appear to be hurt and was taken away in handcuffs.\nPolice Lt. Don Whitehead said the standoff began about 3:30 p.m. when an officer on patrol was flagged down on a report of an armed robbery. Whitehead said the officer shot a man who pointed a gun at him.\nThe unidentified man was taken to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, and information on his condition was not immediately released.\nAnother man who also was not identified suffered head injuries in the confrontation, Whitehead said.
