• Little 500 rider registration form and statement of physical \ncondition -- Entering the Little 500 as a participant of own free will. Must acknowledge that the \ndecisions of the Appeals Board are final and binding. Must agree that cannot receive any monetary compensation for efforts from the sponsors of the race.\n• Little 500 team application form -- $100 entry fee with application assures the team a place in \nqualifications and tntitles the team to the use of the Student Foundation bike shop equipment for repairs on the team's issued Little 500 bicycles ($50 refunded only if the team fails to qualify). Separate deposit of $300 on two Little 500 bicycles.
