I think my heart is still racing from last night's game! Last night's game is pretty typical of how our season has gone I would say. We started off well, were down in the middle of the game, and then found a way to rally around each other and pull out a victory. We never gave up and we found a way to 'get it done' which has been our motto these past couple of weeks. San Diego State played very well and deserves a lot of credit. We knew they were a good team going into the game and that they shouldn't be overlooked. Our defense was definitely not where it needed to be, but again San Diego State deserves credit for making shots. Regardless, we stuck with it and just chipped away at their 10 point lead with 10 minutes to go. Sure enough we had a chance to win at the end and Robert came through with another HUGE 3 pointer. So many guys made huge plays for us. Earl played unbelievably with 6 steals, Marco had another solid performance with 18 points and Rod drove the ball to the rim when his jump shot was not falling. I thought Lewis really made some huge plays for us and did a very nice job after not playing a lot the past few games. With a hurt shoulder, Marshall still dove to get that loose ball and set us up for that final possession.\nNow our focus turns to Saturday night against Gonzaga. We will have a press conference in a couple of hours and then have practice at the Huntsman Center on Utah's campus and prepare for the 'Zags. Obviously we'll have to stop Adam Morrison, but they're big man, Batista is another threat. I'll let you know how practice went later tonight and what we did the rest of the day! Glad I get to continue writing to all of you! Go Hoosiers!
