An IU student admitted herself to the hospital Friday afternoon after she suspected she'd been raped early that morning.\nAccording to an IU Police Department report, the female accuser said she had been drinking Thursday night before she returned to her home at Foster Quad late in the evening. At about 2:30 a.m., the female was hanging out with friends on the circle drive when a male acquaintance approached and invited her up to his room in Foster, according to the report.\nThe female said she could not remember the events that followed. She woke up at about 11 a.m. Friday in the male's bed without her clothes on. She said he was in the room at the time, according to the report. \nShe said that she physically felt like she'd had non-consensual sex, according to the report. \nWhen officers spoke to the male suspect, he said he'd been at a party earlier that night -- a different party than the accuser -- and that he'd been drinking, too. According to his testimony to the police, he had had sex with the female, but it was consensual. \nIUPD is currently conducting an investigation.
