An underage female was running around Foster Quad, disturbing residents early Monday morning, said IU Police Department Lt. Jerry Minger. \nAt 2 a.m., IUPD officer Anthony Fosnaugh responded to two different calls on the same floor of Foster-Martin. One resident called to complain that Caitlin O'Rourke, 18, was "causing problems" and "freaking out," according to the police report. \nThe other call reported concern for Kimberly Lindsay, 18, who was passed out in the restroom. When IUPD officers arrived, they found Lindsay vomiting in the bathroom. Officers noted both girls showed signs of intoxication. Both admitted they had been drinking. Officer Fosnaugh described O'Rourke as "very uncooperative." She began making jokes about the police and laughing at her own jokes, Minger said. In particular, she was laughing about the movie "Super Troopers." She refused to provide information about Lindsay. Both girls were cited with illegal possession and consumption of alcohol.
