SOUTH BEND -- A judge has set a trial date for this month for a 9-year-old boy accused of bringing a gun to school and pointing it at two children.\nSchool officials found a loaded .380-caliber semiautomatic handgun in the third-grader's locker Feb. 13 and called police. \nSt. Joseph County Prosecutor Michael Dvorak, who came to watch Monday's hearing, said last week investigators found no evidence to file charges against the parents.
