Kruzan overtakes Prall in Bloomington mayor's race

Democrat Mark Kruzan overtook Republican Fred Prall in today's election for Bloomington mayor, winning 63 percent of the vote. Kruzan will replace current mayor John Fernandez, also a democrat.
