IUAA finds buyer for camp\nThe IU Alumni Association has auctioned off its Shawnee Bluffs alumni camp. Jarvis Enterprises LLC of Franklin bought the property for $1.85 million. The property has almost 164 acres, a two-story lodge and 26 primitive cabins and is located on the shore of Lake Monroe. The transaction will be closed Oct. 24.

Battle of Bands hits Dunn Meadow\nThe Residence Halls Association is hosting the IU Battle of the Bands 2003, from 1 to 7 p.m., Sunday, at Dunn Meadow. Scheduled bands include Mike and Joe, The Swell (Johnzo West), Blue Moon Revue,Verge on Dirty, East Race, Run of the Mill, Upon the Collapse and Extra Blue Kind. RHA will offer a car bash fundraiser. There will also be a fundraiser to collect money to be donated to Jill's House. For more information, e-mail rha@indiana.edu.

Greek Week kicks off Monday\nThe Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Association are hosting their annual Greek Week, beginning Monday. There will be an American Red Cross Blood Drive from noon to 5 p.m., Monday at the Main Library and Gresham Food Court.
