July 27, 2001\n• An IUPD officer found vandalism to windows in the TKE fraternity on North Jordan Avenue. Estimated Loss: $400.\n• An employee reported vandalism to her car while it was parked in the Walnut Grove parking lot. Estimated Damage: $300.\n• Monica L. Downham, 29, a non-student residing in Bedford, Ind., was stopped on Third Street , where it was determined she was under the influence of intoxicants while operating a motor vehicle. She was transported to the Monroe County Jail.\nJuly 28\n• Mohammad F. Mardanzai, 39, a non-student residing on South Dunn Street, was stopped on Third Street, taken into custody, charged with public intoxication and transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Bradley I. Reichel, 22, a non-student, was stopped in the rear of 4th and Dunn Streets, charged with public intoxication and resisting law enforcement and transported to Monroe County Jail.\nJuly 29\n• Cynthia Evers, a non-student residing in Indianapolis, reported the theft of her laptop computer from the John Ashton Center lounge. Estimated Loss: $2,000.\nJuly 30\n• Erik V. Rynearson, 20, a student residing in Eigenmann, was stopped at Atwater and Jordan Avenues, taken into custody, charged with illegal consumption and possession of false ID and transported to Monroe County Jail. \n• Matthew L. Laughlin, 20, a student residing on East Hunter Street, was stopped at Atwater and Jordan Avenue, taken into custody, charged with illegal consumption and transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Kirk R. Johnson, 20, a student residing in Read Center, was stopped at Atwater and Jordan Avenue, taken into custody, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• An employee reported a computer terminal theft from the Read Hall lounge area. Estimated Loss: $1,000.
