The IU Police Department reported the following activity:\nApril 5\n• Nonstudent Andrew L. Deloney, 48, resident of Ralston Drive, was arrested at Tenth and Dunn streets for public intoxication. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Senior Brian J. Landrum, 22, resident of East 14th Street, was arrested and transported to Monroe County Jail after he vandalized a walkway light in Peoples' Park. Estimated damage is $200.\n• Senior Eric J. Summa, resident of North Jordan Avenue, reported the theft of his bicycle from his residence. Estimated loss is $400.\n• A 21-year-old female reported a male exposed himself to her and another female at the School of Education. The case is under investigation.\n• Sophomore Elizabeth Bawden, 20, resident of Briscoe Quad, reported some of her clothing missing from her dorm room. Estimated loss is $110.\n• Freshman Kurt D. Kussman, 19, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited at McNutt for possession of marijuana and possession of a device to introduce a controlled substance.\nApril 6\n• Freshman Christopher S. McCurdy, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Andrew S. Hoobler, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Kathryn A. Trego, 18, resident of Forest Quad, was cited at Foster Quad for illegal consumption.\n• Sophomore Kevin May, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Matthew C. Fouts, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman David L. Speyer, 18, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for illegal consumption.\n• Five vehicles were found to have been broken into while they were parked in the Blue and Green lots of Assembly Hall. In two cases, items were removed from within. Estimated loss is $1,500.\n• A report was taken of an indecent exposure in which a male exposed himself to a female at the School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation. An investigation is continuing.\n• Two female students reported an indecent exposure incident occurring in the School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation racketball court area. The suspect is a 6-foot white male of thin build wearing khaki pants, gray fleece shirt, black shoes, dark stocking hat and carrying a backpack.\n• Freshman Brandon Gilbert, resident of Briscoe Quad, reported the top of his Jeep slashed and 30 CDs were taken while the car was parked in the Blue Lot of Assembly Hall. Estimated loss is $870.\n• Freshman Joshua H. Klein, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited at McNutt for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.\n• Nonstudent Jay Cutshaw, 20, resident of Indianapolis, was arrested by IUPD officers at the Marion County Jail in Indianapolis and transported to Monroe County Jail on a warrant charging him with battery from a previous IUPD case.\n• Freshman Steven M. Johnson, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at McNutt Qoad for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Adam R. Schaub, 19, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited at McNutt for illegal consumption.\nApril 7\n• An officer observed a vandalized vehicle parked in the Green Lot of Assembly Hall. Estimated damage is $250.\n• A water hose discharged at the Briscoe Quad basement. Estimated damage is $150.\n• Freshman Nicholas R. Elliott, 19, resident of Wright Quad, was arrested at Wright for possession of paraphernalia and illegal consumption. He was transported to Monroe County Jail. \n• Junior Christopher A. Sinclair, 22, resident of Graham Place, was cited at the parking lot at Steak 'N' Shake East for public intoxication. He was transported to Bloomington Hospital.\n• An officer reported vandalism to the southwest entrance of the School of Law. Estimated damage of $300.\n• Senior Justin Hoffman, resident of University West Apartments, reported the theft of his license plate from his vehicle while it was parked in the University West lot. \nApril 10\n• An employee reported vandalism to a wall phone at Hershey Hall. Estimated damage is $200.\n• Nonstudent Robert Kahl, resident of Palmyra, Ind., reported articles were stolen from his van sometime April 1. The van was parked near Teter Quad.\n• Employee Brian Schultz, 27, was cited in the 10th Street parking lot for possession of marijuana less than 30 grams and possession of paraphernalia.\nApril 11\n• Freshman Kristin Ernst, 18, resident of Collins Living-Learning Center, was cited for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
