The IU Police Department reported the following activity:\nFeb. 20\n• A female student reported an indecent exposure in the Arboretum. The suspect is described as a white male in his mid forties.\n• Nonstudent Jeffrey E. Gates, 33, resident of South Rogers Street, was arrested at Dunn Meadow on a warrant for false informing.\n• Freshman Justen Ray Paris, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was arrested at Foster for illegal consumption, possession of alcohol and possession of false identification. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\nFeb. 22\n• Senior Justin K. Miller, 27, resident of South First Street, was taken into custody at Fourth Street and Indiana Avenue and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Nonstudent James R. Barbuto, 30, resident of Houston, Texas, was taken into custody at Third and Dunn streets and charged with operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Nonstudent Christie Day, 22, resident of Indianapolis, was charged at Kirkwood and Dunn streets with public intoxication. She was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Junior Allison L. Hirsch, 19, resident of South Woodlawn Avenue, was cited at Seventh Street and Jordan Avenue for illegal consumption. She was subsequently released.\n• Freshman Elizabeth K. Brown, 18, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited at Fourth and Washington streets for illegal consumption.\n• Junior Jordan B. Mallin, 19, resident of North College Avenue, was cited at Fourth and Washington streets for illegal consumption.\n• Sophomore Brett D. Maslin, 19, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited at Fourth and Washington streets for illegal consumption. \n• Senior Sara R. Kelly, 21, resident of Varsity Lane, was stopped at Seventh Street and Indiana Avenue, taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was transported to Monroe County Jail.
