A student was attacked at an East Third Street fraternity Saturday night, IU Police Department Lt. Jerry Minger said.\nMinger gave the following account of the attack:\nA male student said he was leaving a party at 12:15 a.m. when he was approached by another male student. The second student refused to let him leave, according to the victim.\nThe victim was then attacked by several people he assumed to be members of the house and was thrown to the floor and struck repeatedly before fleeing the house.\nHe chipped a tooth and complained of a sore temple, but was not hospitalized.\nThe IU Police Department is investigating the report.
