I would just like to say thank you to Mr. Cutrera for writing his columns about Good and Evil. When I read the first one, I thought it sounded suspiciously like the opening theological arguments often used in preparation for teaching about Jesus. But I was sure that no one in such a public forum would make such an open declaration of his faith and carry to his readers the challenge of the message of Christ. Much to my delighted surprise, he did indeed follow through. \nHe did a wonderful job of describing the crux of the Christian faith in his short allotment of space and offering the challenge to his readers to determine for themselves the truth of Christ's words. I know that he will lose many readers over this, and he will simply be known and spurned as "that Christian guy." Jesus told his followers, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33) Mr. Cutrera's courage and determination to share the love of the Lord has won him at least on regular reader, who is proud to call him a brother in Christ.
Religious value, declaration should be commended
