The following activity was reported to IU Police Department:\nAug. 25\n• Student James Ellis, 18, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited at 17th Street and Fess Avenue for illegal consumption.\n• Student Joseph Alex-ander, 18, resident of Wright Quad, was cited at 17th Street and Fess Avenue for illegal consumption.\n• Student Heath Johnson, 18, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at 17th Street and Fess Avenue for illegal consumption.\n• Student Alison Phariss, 18, resident of Briscoe Quad, was cited at 17th Street and Forrest Avenue for illegal consumption, public intoxication and false informing.\n• Student Kennard Jones, 19, resident of Evermann Apartments, was cited at 17th Street and Jordan Avenue for illegal consumption.\n• Nonstudent Matthew Markley, 21, resident of Rochester, Ind., was arrested at Seventh Street and Fess Avenue for public intoxication.\n• Student Edna L.
