The IU Police Department reported the following activity: \nAug. 22\n• Staff member Dana G. Farless, 52, was arrested at the Indiana Memorial Union on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.\n• Student Debra L. Thompson, 20, resident of Lincoln Street, was cited at Law Lane and Union Street for illegal consumption.\nAug. 23\n• Student Kristen L. Van Hoesen, 19, resident of Varsity Lane, was arrested at 17th Street and the Bypass for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, illegal consumption and possession of false identification.\n• Student Bridget A. Trout, 19, resident of Varsity Lane, was arrested at 17th Street and the Bypass for illegal consumption. \n• Student Kevin R. Ryan, 18, resident of Briscoe Quad, was arrested in front of Briscoe Quad for illegal consumption. \n• Student Timothy D. Ryan, 18, resident of Briscoe Quad, was arrested in front of Briscoe for illegal consumption and possession of alcohol.\n• Student Michelle L. Finn, resident of North Jordan Avenue, reported the theft of a laptop computer and a case from her residence. Estimated loss is $3,100. \nAug. 24\n• Student Daniel C. Omlor, 18, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at 17th Street and Woodlawn Avenue for being under the influence of intoxicants.\n• Student Justin M. Herrberg, 18, resident of Wright Quad, was arrested at 17th Street and Woodlawn Avenue for being under the influence of intoxicants.
