July 2\n• Whitney L. Bevins, a junior residing on Jordan Avenue, reported the theft of her bicycle from the Psychology Building area. Estimated loss: $100.\n• Abigail C. Ryan, 24, a student with an unknown address, was arrested at the Music Building Circle for public drunkenness.\nJuly 3\n• Steven R. Loza, a non-student residing in Ft. Worth, TX, was arrested at Second Street and College Mall Road and charged with public intoxication and contributing to a minor.\nJuly 4\n• Adam S. Cassady, 19, residing on East 12th Street, was arrested and charged with illegal consumption and possession of a schedule IV illegal drug at the corner of 10th and Union Streets.\n• Andrew T. Walker, 21, residing in Indianapolis, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at 10th and Union Streets.\nJuly 5\n• A 17-year-old male was referred to probation for possession of an altered driver's license (B misdemeanor). He was released to a church camp counselor from Bedford with his guardian's permission.
