20-year-old arrested for harassing officer\nAccording to police reports, a 20-year-old Ellettsville resident was cited for two noise violations Friday. Before the night had ended, he was arrested and charged for disorderly conduct, possession of paraphernalia and intimidation of a law enforcement officer, a Class D Felony.\nDuring the weekend, a Bloomington police officer heard loud music coming from a car. He warned the driver to turn down the music, according to police reports. Less than 15 minutes later, the officer heard the music again and cited the driver for violating a city noise ordinance, police reports said. According to the reports, another officer heard the music later in the night and the driver was again cited for violating the city noise ordinance. \nThe suspect was arrested. According to police reports, while they were en route to the police station, the suspect had warned the officer to be on guard after the suspect was released from jail. The suspect said he was connected with the Aryan Nation.\nAt the police station, the man continued to make threats against the police officer and threatened to come to the officer's home, reports said. \nSteven W. Fultz, 20, a resident of Ellettsville, was charged with disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and intimidation of a law enforcement officer. He is being held at the Monroe County Correctional Center on a $2,000 surety bond in lieu of a $500 cash bond.
