IU places 7th at Wolf Run Intercollegiate tourney in Zionsville

Play in the Wolf Run Intercollegiate began Saturday with two streaks on the line: IU sophomore Jorge Campillo's streak of three straight top-five finishes and the University of Louisville's three-tournament winning streak. By Sunday night, both streaks had come to an end.

Colts rally in 2nd half to overcome Titans for win

INDIANAPOLIS -- There is a fine line between frustration and panic, but that's exactly where the Colts stood at halftime, trailing the Tennessee Titans 10-0. Peyton Manning described the team as being disappointed with its offensive goose egg in the first half, but they proved they weren't frazzled by scoring two touchdowns and only allowing a field goal in the second half to win 14-13.

Louisville ends IU's streak

The No. 11 Hoosiers lost for the first time since Aug. 26 to the University of Louisville 2-0 Friday, snapping their 11-game win streak.

UPDATE: Hoosiers pull off road win against Illini

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- In dramatic fashion Saturday afternoon, the IU football team claimed a 34-32 victory over Illinois on a last-second field goal from sophomore kicker Austin Starr. With just 2:31 remaining in the game, the Hoosiers got the ball back from the Illini. Freshman quarterback Kellen Lewis took IU 80 yards downfield to give Starr a chance to win the game.

Colts' Simon to miss season with illness

INDIANAPOLIS -- Former Pro Bowl defensive tackle Corey Simon will miss the rest of the season after being placed on the nonfootball illness-injury list Thursday by the Indianapolis Colts. No details about illness were disclosed.
