IU slapped by Badgers, 62-49

The IU men’s basketball team couldn’t overcome its worst shooting night of the year or a 20-point second half deficit as No. 13 Wisconsin topped the No. 11 Hoosiers 62-49 Thursday night. It was IU’s first road loss of the year.

IUSA changes policy after speech cancellation

After former presidential adviser Meghan O’Sullivan canceled her speech last Tuesday, the IU Student Association, which partially funded the event, has changed its policies in order to protect against future confusion.

CAIRO, Egypt – Abu Laith al-Libi, a top al-Qaida commander in Afghanistan who was blamed for bombing a base while Vice President Cheney was visiting last year, has been killed, according to a militant Web site.

La Dernier Cri: One for the boys

After a semester of writing columns for the ladies, I have decided to branch out and write about one of (straight) women’s favorite subjects: men. I am as much a fan of the boys as the next girl, but after spending two-and-a-half years at IU, I have decided that the male half of the student population needs a bit of help when it comes to getting dressed in the morning.
