Whisper War was released at the perfect time. It’s meant to be listened to with the windows down on a sunny day. Although the latter half of the album isn’t as impressive as the first, The Cab may have pioneered a new sub-genre: boyband emo.

I know that ever since the gaming media got their hands on “Grand Theft Auto IV” a couple of weeks ago the superlatives have been flying faster and harder than a hail of bullets, but I can’t in good conscience not join the chorus after having logged over 24 hours of play having only had the game in my hands for five days.

Watching “Made of Honor” is nothing but a cruel reminder of the movie that it will never live up to, the classic romantic comedy and mother of all chick flicks: “My Best Friend’s Wedding.” Simply the same tale, but with reversed roles and a more modern spin, the sole highlight of this film is the amazingly charming and handsome Patrick Dempsey. (There are five, count ‘em five, shirtless scenes).

“Baby Mama” has some remnants of Tina Fey’s comedic gold, but it’s obviously just an attempt for a box office hit. The film is certainly humorous, but her fans should expect more. Sure, it’s got more depth than all of Will Ferrell’s films combined, but that’s not saying much.
