4 arrested in Circle K gas station armed robbery

Four individuals, including a Circle K gas station employee, were arrested during the weekend in connection with an armed robbery at the station on the corner of East Third Street and South Indiana Avenue.

Man arrested for placing homemade bomb inside vehicle

A Bloomfield resident was arrested Saturday after allegedly severing the break lines of an ex-girlfriend’s truck, planting a homemade bomb device beneath the hood of the truck and leaving a threatening note on the windshield in February.

After telling police officers they were part of an inside job, three individuals were arrested Friday morning for allegedly robbing the Circle K gas station on the corner of East Third Street and South Indiana Avenue with a firearm.

Charity golf outing moved to September

The annual Tee Up Against Cancer Golf Outing has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 12, after originally being scheduled for early July, outing co-chairs Phyllis Davidson and Betty Nelson announced Friday.
