A coffee station is set up Nov. 6, 2021, in Seminary Square Park. Heather Lake, the board president of the Bloomington Homeless Coalition, has been bringing food and coffee to people experiencing homelessness for a year and a half. "Last winter, when people were waiting outside of the winter shelter until 9, I'd go around 7:30 with all my hot coffee and stuff, and I'd bring hand warmers and gloves and all that," Heather said. "It helped them."
