Joe Morton, co-owner of the Big Cheeze food truck, prepares the late night gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches in their trailer parked on Kirkwood ave. on at 2am on a Wednesday morning. The Big Cheeze can be found most nights on Kirkwood Ave. but they also serve lunches at various businesses and campuses around town as well as schedule dinners at some apartment complexes upon request.
