Indiana University junior Neal Ward, captain of Little 500 team Forest Cycling, gives a pep talk to his team before the race. Departing from his normally mature-beyond-his-years-demeanor, Ward jokes that it's time to live up to their unofficial team motto (borrowed from Lil' Wayne): "F--- bitches, get money."
