Happy Pig Street Food co-owners Tony Cooper and Eric Sjaaheim serve customer Sam Rheinhardt a noodle bowl consisting of bacon broth, kimchi deviled eggs, pork belly, asparagus, and peas Wednesday in front of the Sample Gates. The Happy Pig food cart began last November and is in front of the Sample Gates every Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30am-2:30pm. Sam Park
