Senior Mallory Cameron pauses in reflection while tying the shoe laces on boots representing fallen soldier and high school friend Sgt. Nick Patterson Thursday afternoon in Dunn Meadow. The boots were part of an exhibit called "Eyes Wide Open," an exhibit created by the American Friends Service Committee to show how many Hoosier soldiers have died in the Iraq war. The exhibit also featured shoes representing Iraqi civilians killed as well as posters showing how much money has been spent on the war and how it could have otherwise been spent. Yossi May
