Students and community members celebrated Holi, a Hindu festival welcoming the beginning of Spring, on Friday, March 25, 2011 in Dunn Meadow. Known as the Hindu 'Festival of Colors,' devotees traditionally cover eachother with crushed and dyed rose petals which are meant to equalize all people despite their social status or gender.
