Steve Stroup, a current member of the Bloomingfoods administrative team, explains to Kaisa that only those who who formally responded to an invitiation to attend the board meeting were going to be allowed in. He explained that fire marshal codes restriceted occupancy to forty people. Kaisa believed this to be a tactic being used by the administration in order to pro-union voices that could be voiced during the meeting.
