Indigenous instruments handmade by Vincent Cruz, a member of the Quechua tribe, sit for sale April 6 at the IU Traditional Powwow in Dunn Meadow. Cruz said he is continuing a tradition of trade across continents. “Back in the day we had contact between North, South and Central America, so this is nothing new," he said.
