The names of victims who lost their lives in a mass shooting Thursday appear on plaques Sunday on the steps of Monument Circle in Indianapolis. Daunte Wright, a 20-year-old who was shot and killed by a police officer in a Minneapolis suburb last week, was also honored on a plaque.
