Ice skaters skate around the rink Oct. 30 at Frank Southern Ice Arena. Frank Southern Ice Arena has recently re-opened for public skating after a 15-month renovation. The ice arena is open daily for scheduled public skating and admission is $5 per person, plus $2.50 for skate rental. Ted Somerville
