A banner displaying the Delta Chi greek letters hangs from an open window Wednesday at the fraternity's new home located on East Third Street. Delta Chi leased the house for the 2010-2011 school year from the former inhabitants, Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. ATO lost several members after facing disciplinary charges from the university in the spring semester of last year. Due to the low levels of membership ATO was unable to fill the house to its capacity and thus were not able to remain living there. Patrick Craig
