This Tuesday, The Woes will play a show at The Bishop. These Brooklynites are fronted by Osei Esseid, who sings with a passion that is often hard to come by. They blend the soundscapes of soul, blues, bluegrass, and Americana, and play with a rotating cast of musicians making for a maddening and exciting show.
In addition to The Woes, Sam Lowry and The Circumstance will bring some Dark Americana to the table. Like The Woes, Lowry has an ensemble of musicians to back him up. Among those who have backed him up are members of Early Day Miners, and Duraluxe. For Tuesday's show Ben Bussell of Mustache and Sarah Balliett of Murder by Death will be backing him up.
