Freshman center Amanda Zahui B. scored 26 points and grabbed 19 rebounds to lead Minnesota to a 73-62 victory over IU.

Freshman guard Alexis Gassion lead IU with a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds.

The Hoosiers fall to 18-10, 5-10 in Big Ten play, while Minnesota improves to 18-11, 7-8 in Big Ten play.

Minnesota trailed for most of the second half until senior guard Sari Noga hit back-to-back 3-pointers with seven minutes and 43 seconds remaining. Her 3-pointers sparked a 16-1 run, and the Gophers closed the half on a 25-9 run.

IU will travel to East Lansing to face Michigan State in its final regular season game this Sunday at 6 p.m.
