On Tuesday, October 1, Indy Eleven unveiled the club's first jersey sponsor, player, and set of jerseys, to be worn in the 2014 NASL season.

The Eleven are coached by former IU standout goalkeeper Juergen Sommer, who donned the Cream and Crimson under former IU Coach Jerry Yeagley from 1987-1990, earning National Goalkeeper of the Year honors in 1990.

After completing a playing career that saw him become the first American goalkeeper to play in England's Premier League, Juergen entered the coaching ranks. He took the Indy Eleven head job June 11 of this year.

At Tuesday's event, Sommer and the rest of the Indy Eleven staff introduced Kristian Nicht, a German goalkeeper who will serve as the expansion franchise's first signing:

The club also unveiled each of its three 2014 jerseys, which will be sponsored by Honda and manufactured by Diadora:
