As IU's 2013 recruiting class became finalized Wednesday morning, look back at how the Hoosiers ended with 22 commitments after starting the day with 19:

11:01 a.m. -- Daryl Chestnut, a running back once committed to Western Michigan, signs his National Letter of Intent with IU. Chestnut, a three-star prospect according to Rivals.com, also had scholarship offers from Florida State, West Virginia and Kansas State.

10:57 a.m. -- Laray Smith is announced as the newest member of the IU football program.

10:33 a.m. -- IU approves Maurice Swain's NLI, as the Georgian defensive tackle officially becomes a Hoosier.

10:08 a.m. -- Xaverian (Brooklyn, N.Y.) H.S. running back Laray Smith announces he has signed with IU over Connecticut and Syracuse. Both he and Swain have yet to been officially announced as Hoosiers.

9:55 a.m. -- Iowa State's football Twitter account announces that Nigel Tribune has in fact joined its program, not IU's. Tribune in fact decommitted from IU and signed with Iowa State.

9:40 a.m. -- LaGrange, Ga., defensive tackle Maurice Swain tweets a photo announcing he has committed to IU. He is the 21st member of IU's recruiting class, though the university has yet to announce his signing.

9:39 a.m. -- IU announces Fant has been cleared and is officially a Hoosier.

9:05 a.m. -- Defensive lineman Christopher Cormier signs with the Hoosiers. A junior college transfer from Arizona Western College - the same school that IU quarterback Cam Coffman attended - Cormier had scholarship offers from Missouri and Mississippi State while in high school.

8:54 a.m. -- IU officially signs four-star recruit Darius Latham, a defensive tackle from North Central High School in Indianapolis. All three of IU's Rivals250 commitments have signed with the Hoosiers.

8:38 a.m. -- Padmore is announced as IU's newest signee, officially joining his high school teammate Smith as Hoosiers.

8:28 a.m. -- Four-star ATH Rashard Fant tells the IDS that he has officially signed and faxed his NLI to the Hoosiers. The Fairburn, Ga., native is ranked as an ESPN 150 prospect.

8:25 a.m. -- IU announces that Morris, Ill., tight end Danny Friend has signed with IU. Only four remaining committed players, Padmore, Rashard Fant, Darius Latham and Nigel Tribune, have yet to be announced by the school.

8:22 a.m. -- Flowery Branch (Ga.) H.S. linebacker Kristopher Smith officially signs with the Hoosiers. His high school teammate and fellow IU commit cornerback Noel Padmore has yet to be cleared.

8:08 a.m. -- Linebacker Marcus Oliver officially becomes an IU signee, the 10th to do so Wednesday morning.

7:57 a.m. -- Brownsburg ATH Chase Dutra is cleared by IU compliance, becoming the eighth to sign with IU football on the day.

7:45 a.m. -- Charlotte (Fla.) High School linebacker Clyde Newton officially signs with IU. The Hoosiers designate his position as an "athlete" however.

7:42 a.m. -- IU announces defensive end Patrick Dougherty, from Aurora, Ohio, becomes the sixth to sign with the Hoosiers on the day.

7:38 a.m. -- Fla. running back Myles Graham is the fifth player to be announced by IU as a signee.

7:37 a.m. -- Four-star defensive end David Kenney announces he has faxed his National Letter of Intent to the Hoosiers. He was cleared by the school and officially signed with IU at 8 a.m.

7:31 a.m. -- IU announces that Evan Jansen, a tight end from Cincinnati, is now a signee. Jansen gave IU its the second commitment in the 2013 class, coming on July 3, 2012.

7:27 a.m. -- Wide receiver Anthony Young (Lakewood, Ohio) is announced as IU's latest signing. He also plans to join the IU track team when he arrives in Bloomington.

7:24 a.m. -- The Hoosiers announce their second signing of the day, wide receiver Isaac Griffith from Fort Wayne. Griffith was the first player to commit to IU in the class, making his decision on June 11, 2012.

7:04 a.m. -- Four-star safety Antonio Allen becomes the first signee of the day. He is the highest-ranked player to ever fax an NLI to the Hoosiers, currently ranked at No. 231 in the nation by Rivals.com.

7 a.m. -- IU officially announces linebacker Steven Funderburk, defensive tackle Jordan Heiderman and linebacker T.J. Simmons have joined the program as spring enrollees. Funderburk and Heiderman were teammates at Iowa Western College, while Simmons graduated early from Lakeland High School in Florida.
