The IU's field hockey teams best have been rewarded for their fine play this season.

Redshirt senior Brenna Moeljadi was named to the First Team All-Big Ten team. Junior Morgan Fleetwood was a Second Team All-Big Ten honoree and senior forward was chosen as an IU Sportsmanship honoree.

Moeljadi had a season to remember for IU. This is the second straight season she has been named on the Big Ten First Team. Her ten career defensive saves is a record for Indiana and helped earn her two Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week awards. The Los Angeles native tied for most points on the year with 25. Her four defensive saves of the season in second best in the Big Ten.

Fleetwood led the Hoosiers in goals on the year with eleven and she is tied with Moeljadi for 25 points this season. The junior already ranks second in IU career goals with 30, total game-winners with eight and single-season winners with four. She ranks fifth in the Big Ten with those eleven goals and is sixth in the Big Ten for her 63 shots.

Zamudio was second on the team with ten goals in her final season with IU. To become an Sportsmanship honoree, one must display quality citizenship off the field and has to have good academic standing.

Although IU boasted these notable players, the team struggled down the stretch, going 2-5 in their last seven regular season games and fell to Iowa in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament.
