Cody Zeller was one of 12 freshmen named to the Wayman Tisdale Award Watch list honoring the nation's top freshman.
Zeller is the only Big Ten freshman on the list and Kentucky's three freshmen marks the only IU opponents on the list.
Last season, Ohio State's Jared Sullinger won the award.
