Included here is some additional perspective regarding the Hoosiers' win over the Hawkeyes on Friday (10/15).
From the 1989-1991 seasons, coach Amy Robertson was an assistant on the Hawkeyes' staff.
"I really don't think about that," Robertson said. "I think of every team the same. My focus is on our team and how we're going to play today. We're always seeking our best game.
"Today was a day that we needed to get back on our feet. Last weekend took a little bit of wind out of our sails. I knew we could get it back today. That's what was gratifying."
She spoke of her respect for the Hawkeye program - with perhaps one stipulation.
"To be honest, when we're not playing Iowa, I'm cheering for them. Sometimes, it's a bittersweet victory. The coaches are great coaches and people.
"If it's my team going against them, I'm happy to get the victory"
