Friday night was a quick one for IU Volleyball, disposing of Arkansas State (2-2) in just over an hour (25-14, 25-13, 25-17).
With the win, the Hoosiers improve to 4-0 on the year with two more matches on the docket for Saturday to finish off the IU adidas Classic.
Senior middle blocker Ashley Benson crushed the RedWolves, racking up 14 kills while hitting at a sizzling pace of .722 (14-1-18).
Day two of the IU adidas Classic reboots Saturday morning at 10 a.m., the first of four matches being held in University Gym.
IU is slated to take the floor at Noon against Illinois State (3-1) and again in the late evening at 7:30 p.m. versus North Carolina State (4-0).
