If your design skills didn't flourish with 'The Quarry," IU Athletics is giving you another chance with the "largest student section in America."
Just as it did with football, the department is asking fans to conjure up a student season ticket T-shirt for the 2010-11 basketball season. Entries will be accepted now through Sept. 17, and details are as follows:
* Designs must be based on the "Crimson Guard" theme* T-shirt will be crimson
* Please keep dimensions between 12"x12"
* Final graphics will be screen printed
* You may use up to three ink colors
* All designs must be intended for the front of the t-shirt
* Please keep in mind that detailed graphics may not print well screen printed
* The graphics must be 100% your work
* Racist, vulgar, or offensive images/text will not be allowed
* Indiana Athletics will own the rights to the winning design
* Acceptable file formats: Illustrator eps
* All fonts must be converted to outlines
* Entries must be emailed to sptmarkt@indiana.edu no later than Sept. 23, 2010
* We will notify you if your selection is chosen as a finalist.
Voting for your favorite design will take place Sept. 20 - Oct. 4 on iuhoosiers.com.
