The IU football schedules for the next three years have been made official, according to the IU athletic department.
"Games at Memorial Stadium are becoming must see family events again," IU athletic director Fred Glass said. "Breaking with recent tradition to release future football schedules will give our fans time to plan for football weekends both here in Bloomington and for road games. Scheduling high quality non-conference opponents like Navy, Missouri, Wake Forest and Virginia and having in-state contests against Ball State and Indiana State to go along with our home Big Ten schedule will bring great football to Memorial Stadium."
The Hoosiers will open 2010 with a matchup with Towson. Other out-of-conference foes for next season include Western Kentucky, Akron and Arkansas State.
