Women's soccer senior defender Kelly Lawrence added yet another accolade to wrap up her career at IU. The England native becomes the first player in IU history to be named to an all-region team by the NSCAA three times in her career.
In 2009, Lawrence had a goal and three assists this year to close her career with five goals and six assists for a total of 16 points. She also played a key role in recording the second longest shutout streak in IU history at 600 minutes dating back to 2008.
This recent accolade adds to Lawrence's four All-Big Ten honors after being named to the Second-Team All-Big Ten this year.
