Indiana ended a three-game win streak Friday evening when they lost to University of California-Santa Barabara 3-0 in California.

Surrounded by a crowd of 10,114, the Hoosiers were unable to net any of their 11 shots.

Freshman Matt Wiet said the team lost momentum after a controversial call on UC-Santa Barbara's second goal.

Both Wiet and IU coach Mike Freitag said the team's first 15 minutes on the pitch held some quality play, but as the clock ticked the Hoosier began to lag.

The cream and crimson face the Butler Bulldogs on Wednesday back on Jerry Yeagley field.
