Scout has updated its rankings for the class of 2011, and there have been some changes, especially for current IU commits.

Austin Etherington, formerly No. 57 in the nation, has fallen to No. 68, while Matt Carlino, the first commit of the class for Tom Crean and his staff, has jumped from three stars to four and gotten a boost to No. 72.

Mike Gilchrist remains at the top in the No. 1 spot, while Marquis Teague has fallen to No. 5, but is still the top point guard in the nation. Rakeem Christmas, who has IU in his top-8 schools, is No. 3 on the list. Finally, there's Brad Beal, who I haven't heard much about, but Scout has IU listed in his top schools.

More to come soon. We'll keep working.
